Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon (about 150 g each)
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a sheet pan with parchment.

Whisk maple, mustard, soy, oil and garlic.

Place salmon skin-side down. Season, then brush generously with glaze.
