Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (about 150 g each)
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper

    Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a sheet pan with parchment.

    Whisk maple, mustard, soy, oil and garlic.

    Place salmon skin-side down. Season, then brush generously with glaze.

    Bake 10–12 minutes until salmon flakes and internal temp reaches 63°C (145°F).
