Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon (skin on, ~150 g each)
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a sheet pan with parchment.

Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Spread on pan and roast 8 minutes.

Whisk maple syrup, Dijon, remaining oil, and garlic.

Push broccoli aside, nestle salmon on the pan and brush generously with glaze. Top with lemon slices.
