Ingredients
- 5 cups Saskatoon berries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup cold butter, cubed

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Toss berries with sugar, cornstarch and lemon in a 2 L baking dish.

Rub oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter with fingertips until clumpy.

Bake 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and filling bubbles at the edges. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
