Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings, split
- 1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Arrange wings in a single layer. Cook 22–26 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and 74°C (165°F) internal.

Meanwhile, cook butter in a small pan until nutty and lightly browned. Whisk in honey, garlic and soy off heat.

Toss hot wings with sauce and serve immediately.
